It is with great regret that we heard the news of Whitney Houston's passing on 11 February 2012 at the age of just 48. She was one of the most influential soul artists of the 20th century and her memory will live on for years to come. Over her career in the music industry she made seven albums and amassed a total of 6 Grammy Awards along with several other accolades making her one of the most decorated artists in music history. She had her issues outside the musical scope, but so do many of us all. Us at OBWD pay tribute to one of the all time greats, may her memory live on forever.
